We are looking for a detail-oriented and future-focused Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising team by coordinating orders, managing production timelines while ensuring the smooth communication between suppliers, factories and internal teams. This role requires strong organisational skills, adaptability and a keen eye for detailed attention to deliver products on time as per client’s expectations.
Skills That Make You A Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in Textile and Apparel.
- 0-3 years of experience in knitted GARMENT MERCHANDISING.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication with a future-focused learning attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with adaptability to quickly learn ERP or production tools.
Extra Edge With Experience In
- Exposure to garment production or merchandising via internships or academic projects.
- Supporting product development and coordinating simple submissions.
- Planning and following up on approvals and pre-production activities.
- Tracking daily production metrics and reporting using MIS tools.
- Translating tech packs into factory-ready documentation.
