Our printing process begins with complete fabric preparation as a first step to ensure optimal dye absorption and print clarity. The fabric is carefully cleaned and pre-treated– removing any impurities if found, and enhancing its receptiveness to colorants. 

Followed by an expert team selecting or creating patterns tailored according to the requirements given by the client, ranging from simple motifs to intricate multi-colour artworks. We also prepare specialized print pastes which combine dyes, pigments and chemicals that ensure vivid colour with sharp outlines. 

We provide multiple printing methods based on the product and client requirements which includes:

• Screen Printing for bold, consistent patterns. This traditional method uses fine mesh screens to transfer print paste onto the fabric.
• Rotary screen printing, a mechanized, high-speed variation of screen printing that uses cylindrical screens to achieve continuous and large scale production
• Digital garment printing, by using advanced inkjet technology we offer unparalleled flexibility for highly detailed and colourful artwork with less time consumption.
• Heat transfer printing, in this method the printed designs are transferred to fabrics using heat and pressure which is suitable for vibrant designs on polyester and performance fabrics.

Post-printing, the fabrics undergo drying and steaming processes that can fix the colours permanently on the fabric while ensuring the durability and wash-fastness.  We then carry out stringent quality checks, inspecting color consistency, pattern alignment and overall appearance to ensure that only flawless products reach our customers.
